1. How to Choose Products
Navigate through the website, browse the products and prices, and then add them to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. You can modify your selection in the shopping cart by adjusting quantities, removing products, or clearing the entire cart.
2. How to Order
1. Quick Order
To place an order online, after accessing the website, select the desired subcategory and view all the products available in that category. If there are multiple colors or sizes available for a product, click on the color option and choose the size you wish to order. To order a product, click on its image to view it in detail, including a description and price. The product image will appear on the left side, while the description, code, and price are displayed on the right. Below the price, you can specify the quantity in the “Number of Units” field and click “Add to Cart.” Once you have added items to your cart, you can continue shopping by clicking “Continue Shopping,” or proceed to finalize the order by clicking “Next Step.”
If you do not have an account and do not wish to create one, click “In a hurry?”, fill out the required fields, and click “Continue.” You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been submitted.
2. Account Creation
You can access www.mre.ro freely without creating a user account. However, to benefit from certain services, such as purchasing products, receiving newsletters, or checking your order status, you will need to create an account. By registering, you agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy of the website.
As a user, you are responsible for keeping your account details secure, including your password, and for all activities conducted under your account. ROYAL CEZAR CONCEPT SRL reserves the right to close user accounts, modify or remove content, hyperlinks, or refuse to sell products at its discretion.
The website is available for viewing and use by individuals 14 years or older. Users under 14 years of age can only make purchases with the help of a parent or guardian.
3. Working Hours

4. Moment of Contract Conclusion
According to the applicable laws, including Government Ordinance No. 130/2000 regarding the legal regime of distance contracts, the contract is concluded at the moment ROYAL CEZAR CONCEPT SRL confirms the acceptance of your order.
5. Object of the Contract
The subject of the contract consists of the products you have chosen to purchase by placing an order, which has been confirmed by ROYAL CEZAR CONCEPT SRL. Products are described on www.mre.ro and may include warranties when applicable.
6. Product Pricing
The price of the products is listed on the website www.mre.ro, including VAT. The minimum order value for free shipping is 250 Lei. For orders below this amount, shipping will cost 21 Lei, regardless of the destination. Discounts or voucher values cannot be combined with other promotions or seasonal offers.
7. Payment for Orders
Payment for purchased products can be made by cash on delivery or via bank transfer.
8. Product Delivery
Products are delivered via courier to the address you provide, using Fan Courier. Delivery within Bucharest takes up to 24-48 hours after order confirmation, and for other areas of Romania, up to 72 hours. We do not offer delivery outside Romania.
9. Information on Product Returns
For food safety and hygiene reasons, ROYAL CEZAR CONCEPT SRL does not accept returns of food products.
Right to withdraw from the contract and return food products:
In accordance with applicable laws (Ordinance 34/2014, amended by Law 51/2003 regarding distance contracts – Article 12, paragraph a), and Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and Council on consumer protection in distance contracts – Article 3, paragraph (2)), contracts for the supply of food products, beverages, or other everyday consumer goods delivered to the consumer’s home, residence, or workplace cannot be unilaterally canceled. Once the products are received, they cannot be returned.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
The materials presented on the website www.mre.ro, including any information transmitted via email, are the property of ROYAL CEZAR CONCEPT SRL or its partners and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. Any infringements of these rights should be reported to contact@mre.ro.
11. User Rights
Users of www.mre.ro are entitled to view the website on their computer, print parts of the content for personal, non-commercial use, and save pages in electronic format for personal purposes only.
